It is clear that health is the foundation of one's future you

get sick,it is nearly impossible to pursue your career effectively,much less

make your dreams come the other hand,if you are stout and

strong,you can go all out to overcome the obstacles that lie ahead of

you.

Now that we know that health is the source of our energy,what

should we do to maintain and enhance our health?First,we should

exercise every day to strengthen our ,we should keep

regular reasonable we get up early,we can breathe fresh

says,"Prevention is better than cure."

In short,health is more important than who are rich but

love their health are no more fortunate than those who are you

want your wish to come true,you should do exercise and keep

As the saying goes,you dont know what happiness is until you lose

ityou dont know what health is until you are ill.“Health is of vital

importance to life”sounds like a cliche to everyone,but it is absolutely

true.

The negligence of the delicate balance of your body and soul,the

harmful habits such as smoking,excessive drinking and burning

mid-night oil will catch up with you many big plans are

interrupted by bad health!Even a normal life is unimaginable without the

guarantee of health.

How to keep fit is an eternal topic of diversity and

less of all the different suggestions poured from all

kinds of sources,one should do at least two things for

him/,hold an active and optimistic attitude toward life and

maintain a mental ,live a regular life and keep a

balanced ,a healthy life is within reach when you begin to

adjust your mind and body.

As we know,good health is more important than gives

us energy,so we must have enough food to keep should eat

more fruit and vegetables and less meat,and we also must have right

kinds of food.A cup of milk a day can help make us healthy as

ent foods help us in different ways,if we eat too little or too

much,or if we choose the wrong food,we may become sick,so we must

have meals three times every day on time,‘s necessary for us

to have healthy eating habits.

In current society,people have known the importance of keeping

healthy and good life the past,people ate three meals at

home,and they ate more vegetables and less meat and were

very strong and seldom went to see doctors.

Now life is better,people eat more meat,fish,eggs and other food

with more often go out for good meals with their families and

they get easy to be ill,Why?

I think more meat and fish,less exercise are bad for

rest,less meat and fish,more vegetables and enough exercise are good

for I exercise every eating habits are pretty good.I eat a

lot of vegetables.I eat fruit and drink milk every day.I drink a cup of water

15 minutes before each meal and eat much vegetables and

course,I love junk food,too,and I eat it once a I sleep nine

hours every day.

The better we get into good eating habits,the happier our life

becomes

Many people have realized the importance of the clothes

against the cold,with one of the health is also a necessary condition of

human existence,while it is often overlooked.I keep the secret of

health:adequate sleep,early hours,a healthy order to better

health,daily morning exercise is the best often be seen,many

elderly people in the square fitness,and many young people also love to

play some fitness addition,a sunny weekend with the

family parents went out for a walk is also a good exercise,in short,we

should know that health is the most valuable human.
